This article is dedicated to the martyrs Islam Al-Sarsawi and Omar Abdel Aziz Jneid, murdered with the Zionists’ favorite weapon. Truly, we belong to Allah and truly, to Allah is our return.
RAPE DU JOUR
There’s no other way to say it:
Isra*l has a rape problem.1
Say it in public - hell, to your iPhone - and you’re fucked. “Singling out” the Jewish state’s systematic sexual transgressions is apparently blood libel. An unfair standard. Latent antisemitism!
They’re mighty disincentives, no doubt about it. Touch the third rail’s third rail and you can kiss your media career goodbye. And your engineering gig.2 Your speech-pathology career, too, for that matter.3
For about forty years now, ever since AIPAC made Congress its bitch life partner4, American media’s bent over backwards to avoid crowning Isra*l rape G.O.A.T.
And then, Gaza happened.
It’s not just Gaza. Of course not - raping men,5 women,6 and children7 has been Isra*l’s stock in trade since the ink dried on the Balfour Declaration.8 But awareness of that vile system is consistently nonexistent. Only Arabs dared to cover it, and no one listens to them anyway. (Just in case, though, fetch me Abe Foxman’s number. It’s in my wallet.)9
Gaza’s different. A five-alarm fire that forced Genocide Joe to do LBJ ‘68 As Farce. The shift that made this genocide different from all others?
Why, crystal-clear 4K of the carnage. (Also Google Translate.)10
You’ve seen it. Bullets and bombs and blown-apart bodies. IDF soldiers posing with women’s panties. American Zionists wishing rape on student protesters. Even Americans were disgusted. The tide turned - at long last people started decrying the real-life Salò on their screens.
Then, because the simulation’s subtlety chip is broken, Isra*lis rioted over their right to rape prisoners.11
The story broke in March, but nobody gave a shit. It was only the UN.
It resurfaced last Monday. Not because Isra*l grew a conscience - because after nine IDF from Sde Teiman were arrested for gang-raping Islam al-Sarsawi into the hospital, a mob stormed the prison they were held at. It wasn’t a cheapie, either: the IDF had to withdraw multiple Gaza battalions to defend Beit Lied.
Straight out of the Dirlewanger Brigade: sadists so craven they believe anything, even raping detainees, is moral because they’re the ones doing it. Where on Earth did they get that idea?
Fire up the JDAM the Gulfstream, Gary. We’re headed for the Knesset.
THE RAPE-O-MACHY
The signs were there.
No, not signs. Flares - reports of IDF pissing on prisoners. Siccing attack dogs on children. Threatening to rape UNRWA staff.
In a sane world, every country on Earth would wage an all-out war on the society perpetrating that barbarism until it went the way of the dodo. Instead, nobody gave a shit until IDF reluctantly arrested Isra*l’s Raper-in-Chief.
We say “reluctantly” because according to Meir Ben Shatrit, Mr. Congeniality himself, him and nine other Sde Teiman reservists being put in the clink was kabuki: they get arrested. Isra*li settlers and rogue IDF storm the prison. The government gets to play smol bean - they’re trying to do the right thing, just riven by internal conflict. Voilà! The ICC’s criminal probe is that much less likely to widen in scope.
Everything since makes it look like Shatrit wasn’t just whistling Dixie. Two of the Teiman Ten are already out12 - Isra*li legal aid org Honehn says four of the remaining eight were defending themselves.13 It fits.
Whether Shatrit & Co. are part of a dialectical coverup or not, part of his crocodile-tear monologue stuck. The bit about his interrogation really being a sham. The MPs even said so:
"You feel they want to thank you, there were days when they applauded us."
Meaning IDF MPs - cops ostensibly enforcing right and wrong - are in on it too. Just like Hanoch Milwidsky, the MK spouting a rape jeremiad up above.
Collusion, collaboration, misdirection. Conspiracy hallmarks galore. Could Isra*l’s Attila the Hun cruelty really be a longstanding clandestine project?
Don’t play. You already know the answer.
BACK TO THE MIDDLE OF 1391 NOWHERE
Usually we’d set the table with a visual aid, but this time we can’t - don’t have one for facility 1391, better known as “Isra*li Guantanamo.” Officially it doesn’t exist.
1391’s so nonexistent that when Isra*li academic Gad Kroizer located the phantom fort on an old British Mandate map in 2004, IDF military censors threatened to yank his article.14 Hard to hold it against Mr. Censor. He was having a tough couple years - even before Kroizer pinned the tail on the donkey “nonexistent” 1391 was becoming corporeal mighty fast, mostly due to the IDF’s own fuckups. Their heavy-handedness ultimately did them in. IDF arbitrarily detained so many Palestinians in the wake of the Second Intifada15 they ran out of room. Jails were full. Only one (non)place left to stick ‘em.
Muatez Shahin disappeared into the 1391 black hole in 2002. Human rights org HaMoked went to bat for Muatez,16 but the IDF said they’d never heard of him. HaMoked filed suit with the Isra*li Supreme Court. The government prosecutors changed their tune:
OK, fine. Muatez was at Camp Neverwhere. But not anymore. No one else is, either. In fact 1391 shut down. It’s no longer operational.17
Bullshit, right? HaMoked thought so too. It called the state’s bluff - mirabile dictu, detainees were still languishing in 1391, Muatez included.18 After the state divulged his location more names started tumbling out - Sameer Jadala, a bus driver. Raab Bader, an accountant. Innocent Palestinians kidnapped as potential leverage19 Most of them stayed in for years without ever being charged.
Palestine’s collateral innocent were only part of 1391’s torture menagerie. Before 2002 another group endured the black cells. Some of them were still there. Men vilified south of the border and worshipped north of it:
Freedom fighters. 1391 was renditioning Hezbollah.
HELP ME OUT HERE. YINON? YA-NŌN. YEE-NŌN?
It’s impossible to understand Israel’s fin de siècle bloodbaths without confronting the behind-the-scenes bête noire:
The Yinon Plan.
Yinon’s one of those documents AIPAC wishes they could untranslate. “Yinon” isn’t a place. It’s a name - Oded Yinon, former Isra*li Foreign Ministry apparatchik, wrote the Plan in 1982. It spelled out Isra*l’s foreign policy goals under the reactionary Likud party. You’ll recognize their All-Stars:
Menachem Begin.20 Ariel Sharon.21 Benjamin Netanyahu.22
The Plan (Yinon called it Isra*l’s “Strategy for the Nineteen Eighties”) is straight out of an SS Eastern Front itinerary. Gird your loins and take a gander:
Lebanon's total dissolution into five provinces serves as a precedent for the entire Arab world including Egypt, Syria, Iraq and the Arabian peninsula...The dissolution of Syria and Iraq later on into ethnically or religiously unique areas such as in Lebanon, is Israel's primary target on the Eastern front in the long run, while the dissolution of the military power of those states serves as the primary short term target. Syria will fall apart, in accordance with its ethnic and religious structure, into several states such as in present day Lebanon, so that there will be a Shi'ite Alawi state along its coast, a Sunni state in the Aleppo area, another Sunni state in Damascus hostile to its northern neighbor, and the Druzes who will set up a state, maybe even in our Golan, and certainly in the Hauran and in northern Jordan. This state of affairs will be the guarantee for peace and security in the area in the long run, and that aim is already within our reach today.23
Isra*l wanted to Balkanize every Arab state. Why not? They’d already done it to one. Lebanon was the blueprint: identify sectarian seams. Induce terror24 and the seams split - ta-da, no more Arab state. One down, two to go.25
Yinon’s blood-curdlingly predictive - it took twenty-five years, but first Iraq, then Syria, then Libya went down in flames, almost the exact way Yinon called for. We’ll give the devil his due at a later date. Right now Yinon’s vital to understanding 1391’s strategic role: “Lebanon” was no more, and Isra*l intended to keep it that way. Except...
Except these goddamn rebels in the south keep taking potshots at us. Call themselves the “Party of God.” You believe that?
You know where we’re headed. 1391 was a black site before it was cool. It’s gnarly. So before we get to the main course, Coxey has a little intermezzo to lighten things up. He calls it “Endless Yinon.”
METONYMY
Polisci fart-sniffers love to shit on Yinon. A conspiracy to destabilize the Middle East? Pfaw. Arab states didn’t need any help doing that. Why would Isra*l bother?
It’s one of those questions intended to make you feel like an idiot. Except this one says more about the speaker - for one, it’s exactly what Hezrl said he would do in 1898:
[October 15, 1898]
Discussed with Bodenheimer the demands we will make.
Area: from the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates. Stipulate a transitional period with our own institutions. A Jewish governor for this period. Afterwards, a relationship like that between Egypt and the Sultan. As soon as the Jewish inhabitants of a district amount to 2/3 of the population, Jewish administration goes in force politically, while local government (communal autonomy) always depends on the number of voters in the community.26
For another, there’s the Irgun flag. (They’re the fascist offshoot of the Haganah, Isra*l’s Mandate-era militia. If you get lost, just remember Netanyahu’s dad Benzion Mileikowsky Netanyahu was their founder’s secretary.) When we line that up against Rabbi Fishman’s 1947 testimony to the UN Special Committee27 we get:
Yowch. Let’s turn to the big man behind door #3 next. David Ben-Gurion, Isra*l’s very first prime minister, in 1956:
Lebanon suffers from an excess of a Muslim population, and would be quite happy to get rid of those parts where this population is located. Jordan must, therefore, be dismantled, the East Bank [of the Jordan River] should be annexed to Iraq, in return for an Iraqi commitment to settle the Palestinian refugees in the Arab states and to make peace with Israel, and the West Bank should be organized as an autonomous area, connected with Israel economically, while Israel manages its foreign and security affairs. The areas south of the Litany River must be torn out of Lebanese control and annexed to Israel. The Suez Canal area must be internationalized, and Israel must be allowed to control the sea entrances to the Gulf of Eilat. A precondition for any agreement is the overthrow of Nasser and the establishment of a democratic pro-Western regime in Egypt that would also be willing to make peace with Israel.28
Pretty striking when you add it all up - a cohesive vision laying claim to five of the Yinon target countries 78 years before the Plan itself was written. Depending on how you reckon it, they batted a thousand taking them out, too.29
Small world.
THE WELLINGTON
Thank you. Had to get that off our chest. On to the mains.
1985-ish. Isra*l’s bedeviled by a guerrilla force sniping its tank crews. RPG’ing tanks. Even nabbing the occasional IAF navigator. As revenge Sayeret Matkal30 naturally targeted perps and bystanders - in 1989, they kidnapped Sheikh Abd al-Karim Obeid, but also his bodyguards, family, and twenty-year-old Hashem Fahaf, some poor bastard who had popped in to ask for the holy man’s blessing. In 1994 Sayeret nabbed Mustafa Dirani, an Amal security chief who probably kidnapped Isra*li Air Force navigator Ron Arad.
All three were taken straight to 1391. All three endured hell on Earth.
SATAN’S FOYER
Recall, if you will, the vaunted Isra*li military intelligence AMAN - parent of Unit 8200, the SIGINT corps currently using AI to automate the Gaza Genocide.
Now picture their dipshit little brother. Not allowed anywhere near a computer, so he takes it out on his toys. That’s who runs31 1391: Unit 504, the HUMINT to 8200’s SIGINT. One 504’er sang his unit’s praises thusly ——
‘We are the stepson of army intelligence. Sometimes you look at some of the officers and you ask yourself whether these are the standard the IDF assigns to these posts.’
Incompetent, disrespected, bored. The Prisoner-Abuse Trifecta.
504’s divided into two tracks: katamim (agent handlers)32 and hakshabim (interrogators). Its lone claim to fame was running this good cop-bad cop setup to groom hundreds of assets during the eighteen years Isra*l occupied South Lebanon.33
Think back to our friend Shatrit crowing that the MPs are actually on his side the abuse is ordered from on high. Turns out it’s not a recent development:
In the first days of the interrogation all the ranking members of the defense establishment turned up at the facility - prime minister Yitzhak Rabin, the chief of staff, the director of Military Intelligence and officials from the Mossad espionage agency and the Shin Bet.34
Yitzhak Rabin, the peacemaker himself, his chief of staff, the directors of AMAN, Mossad, and Shin Bet all turned up, apparently thirsty to watch a borderline snuff film. 504’s interrogation of Dirani fit the bill:
Dirani's interrogation began seconds after he was grabbed...The interrogation continued in the vehicle that brought Dirani to his cell in Camp 1391 and then for the next five weeks continuously around the clock. The chief interrogators were the unit commander, career and reservist personnel - the latter were mobilized especially for the mission - and above all a major who introduced himself as George.
Rabin’s cabinet must have liked what they saw. George’s hakshabim didn’t let up on Dirani. Just the opposite.
A [law]suit filed by Dirani...says he was subjected to sexual abuse. In the first case George called in four of the soldiers who were doing guard duty in the facility and one of them allegedly raped Dirani at George's orders. In another case, Dirani says in the suit, George himself inserted a wooden stick into his rectum.
Copy-paste from Sde. Other detainees echoed Dirani’s story to a T.35 Dirani languished in 1391 for years. When he finally got his day in court Major George was called to defend himself. George’s plea reads like Shatrit MadLibs:
The system, [George] said, abandoned me; everything I did was done with authority and authorization. Everyone knew, everyone gave their backing, and now everyone denies it all. To reinforce his case, George brandishes a petition that was signed by about 60 reserve officers and soldiers of the unit, in which they say it is wrong for George to have to pay a personal price for using working methods that were standard in the unit for many years.
Raping prisoners to welcome them in. Cabinet ministers giving tacit approval to weeks-long interrogations. A scapegoat opining that he wasn’t exceptionally evil, the banal system was just scapegoating him.
Kinda familiar, huh?36
"It's the same style as in Abu Ghraib. They take advantage of the fact that Arabs and Muslims are culturally conservative.” - Mustafa Dirani, 2003
“1391 [is] one of the signs of totalitarian regimes and of the Third World.” - MK Zahava Gal-On, 2003
AFTERMATH
Pre-2000, 504 was relegated to foreign countries - only Shin Bet operated in Palestine ‘48. 1391’s prisoner list reflected that: Lebanese. Some Syrians and Iraqis. Nary a Palestinian to be found.
That year two atom bombs shattered Isra*l’s Oslo status quo: in May Lebanon kicked out the IDF occupation. Then in September, the Second Intifada turned Isra*l into a warzone. Need was dire. AMAN set 504 loose. 1391’s cells started filling up with Palestinians. Innocents like Sameer, high-ups like Marwan Barghouti - didn’t matter. Just get ‘em off the streets.
In 2002 Shin Bet got in on the action, interrogating Palestinians at 1391 as part of Operation Defensive Shield. There hasn’t been a peep out of 1391 since 2006. The Isra*lis claim 1391’s defunct, but given 504’s post-Intifada remit and their penchant for creating agents, it’s possible 1391 still turns out comprador assets to this day.
Speaking of Defense.
Those forts we teed up in lieu of an actual 1391 mugshot were pretty medieval, right? “Built to last even under siege”-type look.
It’s not a coincidence. 1391 isn’t a one-off - it’s one of seventy-some castles littered at strategic chokepoints throughout Palestine. This hill. That mountain road. Force multipliers ensuring a small occupying force could make native rebellions go splat.
They’re called Tegart forts after their founder, Sir Charles Tegart. A veteran imperial manager for the one entity on Earth diabolical enough to honeycomb Canaan with repression castles...
PERFIDIOUS ALBION

Time for a reading assignment:
Check out the Churchill op-ed. Just the juicy highlighted bits.37 We’ll wait here.
Did it? Good. Two top-line conclusions:
Holy SHIT, Churchill was antisemitic. That felt like reading the Protocols.
Britain REALLY wanted a Zionist state in Palestine. Like bad.
He was, and they did - post-World War 1, securing a Zionist state was at the top of Britain’s to-do list. The why’s are simple, and pretty well known. (Right about now midwits usually bring up the Balfour Declaration, but that’s confusing symptom and cause. Balfour’s paean to Rothschild38 was the symptom - the cause was good ol’ British Zionism: perfidious Albion’s plot to nab some new Levantine colonies.39)
1391 (and Sde, and Gaza) come down to exactly that: a hundred-year chain of continuous colonial domination. Churchill in 1920 is Major George in 1994 is Shatrit just last week.40 Only the names change.
But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. First we need a peek at Sir Tegart’s CV.
MR. TEGART GOES TO HAIFA
The Mandate suffered from a perennial problem:
Arabs wouldn’t stop fucking rebelling.
Riots and uprisings popped off almost every year, but the 1936-1939 revolt really blew the Empire’s pith helmets back. Back in Europe Hitler was getting too big for his lederhosen - Britain needed to shore up its flank before the big blowoff, fast.
The Mandate played to her strengths, deputizing a phalanx of counterinsurgency experts in tried and true imperial tactics: apartheid architecture.41 Asymmetric warfare.42 Ecocide.43
Introit Mr. Tegart. Sir Charles was a real innovator: he shot to superstardom integrating intel and surveillance units into Bengal Police beat cop squadrons.44
Tegart was enjoying retirement when the Revolt erupted, but he answered the Empire’s plea to advise on it in 1937. Tegart loathed what he found - civilian police had reinforced their ramshackle rented stations,45 but the revolt torched so many they still had to withdraw from rural positions altogether.
Tegart issued his first dictum shortly after - no more native policemen. He disseminated a couple other directives while he was at it:
[Tegart] established a security branch, which would include the rural mounted police, the school force, and Lewis [?] squadrons...the task of the combined police would be to eliminate the organizing centers of gangs and possible rebels. The police would be recruited from the harsh countryside, and its commanders would be British.46
The Colony Police was born. Jewish cadres with Hebrew names and English savoir faire: Australian bush hats were standard issue.47 By 1939 there were about 14,000 of them, each cadre under a British officer.
Tegart didn’t stop with the shocktrooper corps. After the Revolt was put down for good he innovated a way to strangle future rebellions in the crib, thanks to an assist from Desert Patrol commander John “Glubb Pasha.” Glubb sent over a photo of his Wadi Rum police station:
Looks familiar, right? It should. Wadi Rum was the prototype for the Tegart Committee’s plan: Palestine would be riddled with seventy-some48 police stations and castles along roads and railways, in Arab cities that participated in the Revolt, all elevated above the rabble motte and bailey style. 1391 was one of them. It was slated to be put somewhere else. Tegart relocated 1391 so he could perform his legendary interrogations far from prying eyes.49
There you have it. The road to Sde Teiman stretches all the way back to 1939, to a dusty little road somewhere northwest of Tulkarm. Chainlinks present and accounted for.
OVERKILL
World War 2 kicked off a couple months after the Tegart Plan broke ground. You’d think Britannia would’ve turned her attention toward Europe, but no: mid-Battle of Britain the Mandate somehow found enough change between the couch cushions to add seven more forts in the Jordan river valley, West Bank, and Jerusalem.
The forts weren’t even finished until 1943. Albion would rather tank its war effort than lose another colony.
THE SPIDER’S WEB
As he usually does, Kanafani says it best:
One Israeli historian has even gone so far as stating that “the conditions for victory in 1948 were created in the period of the Arab Revolt of 1936.”50
1391 was instrumental in that post-’36 inferno, and every conflagration thereafter: ‘48, ‘67, ‘79, ‘81-2006. A test lab for techniques assembly-lined into mass production first at Gitmo, then Abu Ghraib, and finally Sde.
Invoking Gitmo and Abu Ghraib sounds flip; it isn’t. Less than twenty years after Isra*l pioneered sensory deprivation and rape as de rigueur interrogation tools, the U.S. started doing the same thing in Iraq with Isra*li contractors and Isra*li supervision.51 Without Isra*li Abu Ghraib, Abu Ghraib - and successors like Sde - could never have reached critical mass.
The words that can soothe the shock of this holocaust haven’t been invented, so we won’t try. Just make an observation:
The chain of oppression’s changed hands from Rhodes to Churchill to Truman. A chain doesn’t change hands, though; a baton does. The entity fumbled the handoff - they’re getting beaten so bad even savaging the population doesn’t cut it anymore. They had to chance World War 3 to get bailed out. It’s early days yet, but by the looks of it, that won’t work either.
Zion’s days are numbered. When she’s finally vanquished, it will be on account of another protracted Arab revolt.
Join us next time, when we finally nut up or shut up about LBJ’s phantom benefactors and their implications for the JFK assassination. ‘til then ——

Itself probably provoked by Isra*l to sabotage the Oslo peace process. See Lila Rajiva, The Language of Empire: Abu Ghraib and the American Media. Chapter 11, “The Trompe L’Oeil II: Private Armies” (cut from final publication):
Mega member, Ronald Lauder of cosmetic giant Estee Lauder, a major financial backer of Sharon, met with Sharon in September 2000, during the fragile peace process unfolding under Prime Minister Ehud Barak. Apparently these meetings set the stage for Sharon’s visits to the Islamic holy sites on the Temple Mount/al-Haram al-Sharif in Jerusalem, accompanied by armed security guards. It was seen by many as a staged provocation. The Palestinians, disillusioned by the concessions that had won them no part of the global pie, exploded that fall in the Second Intifada.

From The Guardian:
Jadala...was there because days earlier his brother, Mohammed, and a cousin, Basher, had been arrested while crossing into the West Bank from Jordan. [Shin Bet] suspected that Mohammed was a member of Hamas. Sameer Jadala now believes he was detained as part of an elaborate psychological game to pressure his brother into talking. Mohammed Jadala, who is still a prisoner [as of 2003], has signed an affidavit alleging he was tortured into a confession...the interrogators brought the brothers together briefly, apparently as a means of letting Mohammed know that Sameer would pay the price if he didn’t talk. “They took my brother and cousin and showed me them crying; the interrogators said that they would be tried because of me.”
Former Irgun commander. Einstein clocked him way back in '48.
There’s his Sabra and Shatila handiwork, of course, but Sharon’s brutality started decades earlier. See Uzi Benziman, Sharon: An Israeli Caesar, p. 57:
[Sharon’s troops] witnessed him laughing as a junior officer tormented an older Arab and then shot him at close range; they noted his composure as he planned operations designed to kill as many civilians as possible; they carried out his intricate plan to capture a peaceful Bedouin boy shepherding his flock.
Noted nuclear smuggler.
Lebanon’s primary seam was the festering beef between Lebanese Christians and Palestinian refugees, especially the PLO. Isra*l split it wide open. See Ronen Bergman, Rise and Kill First, p. 228-229:
A new and unknown organization calling itself the Front for the Liberation of Lebanon from Foreigners took responsibility for all of these incidents [car bombings]. The explosives were now packed in Ariel laundry powder bags so that if the cars were stopped at roadblocks, the cargo would look like innocent goods. The Israelis in some cases enlisted women to drive, to reduce the likelihood of the cars being caught on the way to the target zone.
The car bombs were developed in the IDF’s Special Operations Executive (Maarach Ha-Mivtsaim Ha-Meyuchadim)...Sharon hoped that these operations would provoke Arafat into attacking Israel, which could then respond by invading Lebanon, or at least make the PLO retaliate against the Phalange, whereupon Israel would be able to leap in great force to the defense of the Christians.
See also Lee O’Brien, “Campaign of Terror,” MERIP 118 (October 1983):
On February 23 a car booby-trapped with 200 kilograms of explosives was found in the center of ‘Ayn al-Hilwa refugee camp...[the bomb] exploded after being partially defused, killing four bomb experts and wounding 20 other persons. The explosives were clearly marked with Hebrew letters.
The 1981 carbombing campaign targeted Lebanese Communist Party, PLO offices, and refugee camps almost exclusively, killing 131 and injuring 429. The war it ignited killed 23,000 and injured 30,000.
Yinon calls out Iraq and Syria as Public Enemies #1 and 2. Syria was still in the planning stages in 1982, but Iraq was already in the crosshairs - desperate to retain its atomic trump card, Isra*l bombed the Osirak nuclear reactor in 1981. Netanyahu, Shimon Peres, and Arnon Milchan also started stealing nuclear triggers in 1979 to beef up Isra*l’s first-strike capacity.

RABBI FISI-MAN: Yes, a part.

RABBI FISHMAN: No.
Sir ABDUR RAHMAN (India) : The whole of Syria, Lebanon, present Palestine and Transjordan?
RABBI FISHMAN: Yes, possibly part of Syria and Lebanon.
Zeev Maoz, Defending the Holy Land, p. 71-72.
Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria are all givens. Jordan and Egypt are semantic: they still exist, but since they’ve both been tongue-fucking Isra*l’s taint for nearly 40 years, we’d say they’re pretty much vanquished.
Isra*li commando unit specializing in airplane hijackings. Comparable to US’s Delta Force. Famous alums include Ehud Barak, former Isra*li PM; Daniel Lewin, 9/11’s first victim; and Benjamin and Yonatan Netanyahu. Yonatan died during Sayeret’s raid on Entebbe. (.الحمد لله)
Deputy State Attorney for Special Affair Shai Nitzai claimed 1391 has been empty since September 2006 - yeah, right. Pull the other leg why dont’cha, Shai. See YNet news 7/5/09, “Israel says ‘secret’ detention center is empty.” (For what it’s worth, HaMoked filed a Freedom of Information petition in 2011 inquiring about 1391’s current operational status. The court rejected it.)
‘Agent’ can mean different things depending on who’s using it. In 504’s case, “Arabs coerced into spying on their own people for Isra*l.”
Lavie: “To this day the Lebanese press occasionally runs stories about the arrest and trial of local agents who operated in the service of Unit 504. In November 1998, a Lebanese court convicted no fewer than 57 citizens of collaborating with Israel via the unit.”
There’s also the strange case of Ali Jarrah, cousin of 9/11 ‘hijacker’ Ziad Jarrah. Ali spied for Isra*l for 25 years.
Lavie.
McGreal: “Other former prisoners at 1391 have described how they were stripped naked for interrogation, blindfolded and handcuffed, and a stick was pressed against their buttocks as they were threatened with rape.”
Dirani’s torture was the most sadistic, but it wasn’t abnormal: Ahmed Ali Banjek was arrested for (allegedly) smuggling a missile across the Lebanese border. He wrote an affidavit almost identical to Dirani’s: Banjek was beaten, force-fed water until he puked, then raped with a stick. He was eventually released in 1998 when a Lod court decided they believed him.
Understanding British Zionism’s a mindjob at first. Lord Rothschild (the Jewish oligarch Balfour wrote the Declaration to) was sole executor for one of Cecil Rhodes’s many wills. Herzl simped over Rhodes until he got an offer: first Uganda, then Palestine. Balfour, Rhodes, and Leopold Amery (BFFs with Chaim Weizmann and Vlad Jabotinsky) pushed the Declaration through together. Ethnonationalism hitching its wagon to the devil in a bid to be his right hand: British Zionism in a nutshell. Post-WW2, the US picked up right where Britain left off. See Carroll Quigley, The Anglo-American Establishment, ch. 3.
Most infamously, by starting World War 1.
Honorable mention for FDR trying the same shit in 1945.
Ghassan Kanafani, The Revolution of 1936-1939 in Palestine, p. 66:
The Zionists and the Mandate authorities succeeded in building a network of roads connecting the Jewish settlement colonies to one another and to the major cities. This road network would later form a keystone of Zionist economic infrastructure...between 1936 and 1939, the Zionists established fifty settlement colonies.
Two-tiered roads, Tegart forts, paramilitary terrorism against indigenous agriculture - the apartheid wall’s foundation wasn’t laid in ‘67. The bricks are right here in 1936.
ibid., p. 70:
Charles Orde Wingate...was sent by his chiefs to Haifa in the autumn of 1937...this mission soon expanded to a series of murderous terrorist raids on Arab communities that this British officer zealously took upon himself to teach his pupils at Indur - Moshe Dayan among them - to perfect.
Dayan later claimed “Wingate taught us everything we know.”
Sound familiar? Isra*lis put the intel-in-every-unit model into practice before Isra*l even existed, starting with the “Arab Section” of the Palmach, the notorious Mista’arvim. See Gad Kroizer, “‘Back to Station Control’: Planning the ‘Tegart’ Police Fortresses in Palestine,” Cathedra, March 2004, p 4. Translation’s pretty fucky but serviceable.
ibid., p. 10: “[Police] sought to add a fence around existing stations, to build all the metal windows on the ground floor, and heavy metal doors to prevent theft of weapons.”
ibid., p. 8.
Bit on the nose, ain’t it? Kanafani, p. 57.
Kroizer, p. 26:
I estimated that [Tegart] had the facility built secretly as an inquiry and surveillance facility. Tegart saw the interrogations as a key tool for obtaining intelligence, and even began[?] with the establishment of an interrogation center in Jerusalem. It is possible that Tegart moved the facility to an area that is also far from the eye of British officials.
He’s quoting Bouyissir, but who’s counting. Hail to the king baby.
Titan and CACI, to name two. To be explored in our upcoming series, How to Create a Caliphate.
